Discover the art of making beautiful and functional handmade brooms! Little John will guide students in learning to make one round or one flat hearth broom (your choice) and a flat wisk. Handles of various woods have been gathered and cured for you to use, and all materials are provided. Discussion about decorative options will be included. Broomcorn and other supplies may be available for sale for your future brooming needs! Students should refrain from wearing open toed shoes and bring a sharp knife and pair of scissors.
