Log Home Building Primer with William M. Lasko

“Why Build With Logs?” Students learn about log cabin design, types of logs that can be used, history of log building, tools needed and where to acquire them. Students learn how they can pre-assemble a “log shell” with minimal cash outlay and create $30 to $50,000.00 equity (1/3rd of cost to build) as an approach to building for themselves and minimizing the amount of debt needed to build their own log cabin home. “Debt-free” building introduced as a practical approach.
