The Art of Pickling with Corina Bergan

In this class, we will explore the world of pickles.  Join instructor Corina Bergan as she guides you through the process of pickling using a variety of herbs and vegetables.  We will spend the morning in the garden, picking and cleaning vegetables at their peak, and the afternoon in the kitchen, producing delicious and beautiful jars that will last us until winter.  The class will pay special attention to carrots and green beans, which are easy to grow in abundance and delicious when pickled.  Each course participant will receive written recipes and two jars of delicious pickled vegetables.
